Women's Safety Events - Free Confidence & Self-Defence Sessions

Dover Community Safety Partnership is committed to tackling Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and ensuring that every woman and girl who lives, works, studies, or socialises in our communities feels safe.

We are pleased to promote a series of FREE Women's Safety Sessions, delivered in partnership with AMK Krav Maga and Ignite Human Resilience & Confidence Specialists.

These interactive sessions are designed to help participants: ✅ Build confidence and resilience
✅ Learn practical personal safety and self-defence skills
✅ Develop strategies to respond confidently to challenging situations
✅ Find their voice and feel empowered

The sessions are free to attend and open to women looking to increase their personal safety awareness in a supportive environment. Please wear comfortable clothing as the sessions will include practical activities.
